A18 Labs
Secure post-call upload

Send enough for A18 Labs to build the buyer brief. Not your whole dataset.

Start with a representative sample from the workflow or systems we discussed. Raw exports are fine. A18 Labs will map the records, identify the workflows and outcomes, and turn the sample into a buyer brief.

This keeps the company workspace and uploaded files private.
03
Accept the confidentiality terms if needed.
Uploading a sample does not authorize a sale or buyer transfer.
04
Upload enough to build the buyer brief.
Not everything. A representative slice that shows the workflow, decisions, and outcomes is the goal.
You do not need to send everything.
The goal is the smallest sample that gives us enough evidence to explain the opportunity credibly to a buyer.
What to include

A few complete examples are better than a huge dump.

1. What came in

The request, ticket, lead, case, order, task, document, or other starting context.

2. What happened

The actions, decisions, messages, edits, approvals, system events, or other work performed.

3. What happened next

The outcome, feedback, correction, payment, resolution, quality signal, or other result.

If those pieces live in different systems, include a small matching sample from each.
You do not need to figure out the joins or clean the exports. If the same customer, case, job, ticket, or transaction appears across files, A18 Labs will work out how the records connect.
No special preparation required.
Do not spend time renaming files, restructuring folders, documenting schemas, or packaging the data for AI. Raw exports are usually best.
Use the private link A18 Labs sent you after the call.
Secure upload links are unique, tied to the seller email, and expire. A normal A18 Labs account does not unlock file upload by itself.

A18 Labs will review the sample first. If the buyer brief needs something material that is not represented, we will ask only for that specific additional slice rather than asking for the entire dataset.
